Part set of Talkabout books (1980s)

Five books from the 1980s revised Talkabout series of books.   There were 7 in total.  The original Talkabout books of the 1970s were very popular and are still excellent to use with children.  For some mysterious reason, Ladybird in the 1980s thought it would be a good idea to ‘update’ the books – but instead of making a few cosmetic changes to the originals, the completely reinvented them – changing artist and writer.  I can’t pretend this version is a patch on the originals – but they are still decent books to share with a pre-school child.

These copies are in good, secondhand condition.  They are sound and serviceable and are free from major faults and scribbles.
