The Story of Flight, 1960, Series 601

The Story of Flight was first published in 1960 and was the first title in the long-running Achievements series, 601.  It was illustrated by the brilliant visual-storyteller Robert Ayton and was written by Richard Bowood.   This book was revised in the 1970s to update it – but this is the original version.  It was first published with a dustwrapper.

This matt edition dates from the late 1960s and is in very good condition inside and out.  It has the original price of 2/6 printed inside.
