The Story of Flight, 1960, Series 601 (DJ)

The Story of Flight was first published in 1960 and was the first title in the long-running Achievements series, 601.  It was illustrated by the brilliant visual-storyteller Robert Ayton and was written by Richard Bowood.   This book was revised in the 1970s to update it – but this is the original version.  It was first published with a dustwrapper.

This copy still has its original dustwrapper ( not price-clipped).  It is in VG condition but for a couple of marks on the front panel (see photos).  Otherwise the DJ is pretty crisp.  Inside the book is in great, unmarked condition.
