The Stories of our Special Days and Customs, Series 644

There were only two books in series 644 – this one and ‘Stories of our Christmas Customs’.   This one was only ever issued with matt boards – never with a dustwrapper but is more often found with matt boards today.  The book was written by N F Pearson and illustrated by Roger Hall.

Matt boards.  A nice copy of a hard-to-find book.  Some wear to the spine and a neat name to front endpapers.  It dates from the 1970s and has the original price of 18p on the back.
