The Stories of our Christmas Customs, Series 644

There were only two books in series 644 – this one and ‘Stories of special Days and Customs’.   This one, the first, was originally issued with a dustwrapper.  The vivid, startling illustrations are by Frank Hampson and some of the illustrations bring rushing back memories of Christmases from childhood.

This copy is in good/vg condition with the following: rubbing to the spine edges, the odd minor blemish to cover and a cancelled out name to front endpapers.  The reading pages are in nice, clean condition.  A good copy of a hard-to-find book.  It dates from the 1970s and has the original price of 24p on the back.
