A Ladybird book of Horses, 1968,  Series 682.

This book is written by Nancy Scott and illustrated by B H Robinson.  There were only two books published in this series, for some reason.  The other book in the series is ‘Dogs’.  I always wanted a horse when I ws little.  This – and ‘Learning to Ride’ was as close as I ever got.

This matt copy is in good condition inside and out – with the faults you can see in the photos  – a mark on the cover and an inscription on the frontendpapers. It dates to the 1970s and has the original price of 24p on the back.
