Animals, Birds and Plants of the Bible

Animals, Birds and Plants of the Bible , 1964  was the first book to be issued in series 649 and the only one ever to have been published originally with a dustwrapper.  It was written by Hilda Rostron and was illustrated by Clive Uptton.  The illustrations are very similar to the illustrations you might have found at the same time in Treasure Magazine or Look And Learn – no coincidence, as Uptton illustrated extensively for both.

This matt copy is in excellent condition inside and out.  Barely any signs of wear and clean, tight pages.  It dates to the 1970s and has the original price of 15p on the back.
