How it Works Farm Machinery, 1981 (black cover)

How it Works Farm Machinery, 1981 was the 9th title in the How-it-Works series, 654 was written by  David Carey and illustrated with typical precision by B H Robinson and Gerald Witcomb.  The huge revolution that was the mechanisation of farming was well underway by 1981 – but still had a long way to travel.  The original version of this book came out in 1970 and had yellow covers.  In the early 1980s, this was one of the titles that was updated and re-issued with black coloured boards.

So there are two versions of this book to find.

This copy is the revised, 1981 book.

Laminated boards.  In very good condition externally and nearly-new inside.  Minimal wear and exceptionally nice clean pages.
