Learning to Ride, 1973,  Series 633.

This is the 13th book in the Hobbies series, 633. It was written by Margaret Hickman and was illustrated by John Berry.  As a child, I really wanted a horse.  Of course I did.  We had  not much money and lived in a big town and it was never going to happen.  This book , and riding lessons (thank you, parents) was as close as I got.

This copy is in good condition inside and out – The spine has cracked and beeen repaired with clear book tape.  Inside the page are clean but for a neat name to front endpapers.  It dates to the 1970s and has the original price of 24p on the back.
