How it Works: Printing Processes, 1971 was the 13 title in the How-it-Works series, 654.  It was written by David Carey and illustrated by B H Robinson.

An extra charm of this book is that printing process it describes is that of a vintage Ladybird book – including how to lay out the design to create the whole book from just a couple of sheets.

This copy:

Matt boards.  In very good condition inside and out but for the heavy rubbing/crease you can see to the spine.   The rest of the book does not reflect heavy use.  This copy dates to the 1970s and has an original price of 15p cancelled out on the back.  With a tally number 290, I believe it to be a first edition.
