The Story of Daniel, Series 522

The Story of Daniel was the 7th book to be issued in series 522.  (Other bible stories are to be found in an later Ladybird series: 606a.)

It was written by Lucy Diamon, illustrated by Kenneth Inns and was originally issued with a dust jacket.   It’s a pity that Inns didn’t illustrate many books for Ladybird; he had a lovely touch and sense of colour.

This matt copy is in very good condition, inside and out.  Only  little wear and good clean pages but a name and address to the front endpapers.  It dates to the 1960s and has the original price of 2/6 printed inside.
