Great Civilisations Greece, 1976, Series 561

Great Civilisations Greece was was written by Clarence Greig and illustrated by Jorge Nunez.  This book was  originally issued with a more traditional cover style but is more commonly found with a white/blue cover with the cover picture contained within a frame.

There were 6 different titles in the Great Civilisations books, and I’m sure most of them were the basis of many a school project in the 70s and 80s.

This copy has the later style covers boards. It is in very good condition externally – just a scuff toward the bottom of the spine – and is in mint condition inside with exceptionally clean, tight pages.
