The Farmer, Series 606b (scruffy)

The Farmer 1963 was the 5th book to be issued in series 606b and was originally issued with a dustwrapper.  It was written by I & J Havenhand and, like all the books in this series, was beautifully, lovingly illustrated by John Berry.  This is a beautiful book with lots of lovely illustrations that show Britain at the early stages of the mechanisation of the farming industry.

This matt copy is in fair to good condition only.  Heavy wear to the covers and there is some colouring in of the endpapers (see photos).  Otherwise, the pages are in good condition.  It dates from the 1970s and has the original price of 18p on the back
