Naaman and the Little Maid, Series 522 (matt)

Naaman and the Little Maid was the 10th book to be issued in series 522.  (Other bible stories are to be found in an later Ladybird series: 606a.)

It was written by Lucy Diamon, illustrated by Kenneth Inns and was originally issued with a dust jacket.   It’s a pity that Inns didn’t illustrate many books for Ladybird; he had a lovely touch and sense of colour.

This matt copy is a bit bumped head and foot of spine but is otherwise in very good condition inside and out – a few pale marks to endpapers.  It dates to the late 1960s and has the original price of 2/6 printed inside
