The Airman in the Royal Air Force, Series 606b

The Airman in the Royal Airforce 1967 was the 11th book to be issued in series 606b.  It was written by I & J Havenhand and, like all the books in this series, was beautifully, lovingly illustrated by John Berry.   This book shows the very white, very male world of the airforce – a lot of moustaches and Biggles 20 years on.

This matt copy is in VG condition.  A little fraying head of spine and light mark to back endpapers. Otherwise just average to light wear and very good, clean pages.   It dates to the 1970s and has the original price of  2/6 revised to 15p inside.
