The Ladybird Book of the Weather, 1962 (DJ)

The Ladybird Book of the Weather, 1962 edition.  Series 536.

This book is written by F E Newing and Richard Bowood, with lively illustrations by Robert Ayton.  This book demonstrates Ayton’s versatility as an illustrator and contains clear, appealing info-graphics as well as ‘atmospheric’ landscapes.

This copy still has its original DJ (not price clipped) and is in very good condition but for some small ink marks near the front edge – a couple of which can also be seen on the cover under the DJ (see photos). Otherwise book and DJ are in very nice, clean condition
