The Ladybird Book of Trees, 1963 (DJ)

The Ladybird Book of Trees, 1963,  Series 536.

This was the 13th book in the Nature series, 536, and was originally issued with a dustwrapper.  It was written by Brian Vesey-Fitzgerald and was beautifully illustrated by S R Badmin.  It’s the only book that Badmin illustrated for Ladybird, which is a real pity.

This copy still has its original dustwrapper, which has not been price-clipped.  Both book and DJ are in very good condition – some light edge wear and minor blemishes to the DJ.   The pages are in nice, clean condition.  I believe it to be a first edition.
