The Story of Joseph, Series 522

The Story of Joseph was the 4th book to be issued in series 522.  (Other bible stories are to be found in an later Ladybird series: 606a.)

It was written by Lucy Diamon, illustrated by Kenneth Inns and was originally issued with a dust jacket.   It’s a pity that Inns didn’t illustrate many books for Ladybird; he had a lovely touch and sense of colour.

This matt copy is in very good condition inside and out – minor marks to cover; good clean pages.   It dates to the 1970s and has an original revised price of 18p on the back.
