Moses Prince and Shepherd, Series 522 (DJ)

Moses Prince and Shepherd was the 5th book to be issued in series 522.  (Other bible stories are to be found in an later Ladybird series: 606a.)

It was written by Lucy Diamon, illustrated by Kenneth Inns and was originally issued with a dust jacket.   It’s a pity that Inns didn’t illustrate many books for Ladybird; he had a lovely touch and sense of colour.

This copy still has its original dustwrapper which has not been price-clipped and is in ‘good’ condition.  The main flaw (as can be seen in the photos) is the foxing especially to the front panel.Inside the book in in very good shape with not much wear and nice, clean pages.
